w810i Boot error - GSM-Forum

I tryed to unlock w810i but always got this error ****, tryed with tree diffrent cables, also open phone to clean connector still same problem.
Power on the phone...
Boot error:11

Power on the phone...
Boot error : 02

Please griffinteam, any solution to solve this problem?.

I think you have phone with CID50.
You need use last software for DB2020 ,select model W810i and unlock via GT server

i use v 2.9 and still boot up error

i have read with setool its cid50

w810i cid50

it gives

poweron phone
boot 11

if you got this error on DB2020 software then phone is not cid50.
