Problem is pin 1 and pin 10 on box connector. It is in same level as other pins, then has no good connectoin.

I did , but I get the same error message and one try is gone. Will i get back any tries if i keep trying.

this is very frustrating, as I cannot get the full use of my box

use mt-box adapter problem will be solve and try to power on manualy 4-5 times

you use 4 pin or 10 pin cable i use 10 pin no need to power i use 4 pin cable ufs when need power when black led finished power on manually its required 5 to 6 times

The Se cables for MT box has 10 pins and no need to use Nokia adapter to connect phone cable to box.

I tried the cable directly into the phone. the phone reads the information, but it turns the phone on. I think something is wrong when the phone is turned on. Please advise

Something is wrong with cable .The phone does no need to turn on.
Try to clean up the phone connector .

Connect phone to USB cable by press and hold C button. Install necessary drivers and then start db2020 software.
