W850i not updated and credits lost :(

hi,

i have a W850i which i'm trying to fix.

I have flashed it twice and when i try switching on, the screen just flashes.
I tried flashing the LED blink repair file but this did not work.
so I tried upgrading CID from 49 to 51 and it seems to have done it and it took credit, but phone is still CID 49.

now i am 15 credit down in total and still broken phone

please help.

sorry my mistake i forgot to disconnect phone after upgrade!

but i still have problem, the screen just blinks! i have tried the LED blink repair file but that didn't work!

please help.

When upgrade the CID need to power on phone.
Then on the first phone starts the changes will be applied.
The CID 51 files cant be writed to phone until the CID version is not upgraded.
Your phone has some hw problem.

Have you update erom to R3A016 then use red led blinking.
Red led blinking file is for phones who has IR red led blinking when try to power on phone. It cant help on LCD blinking.
Flash your phone with MCU + DEC file , then try to power on the phone. If phone will start on the screen you will see Please wait message. This mean the phone is not customized and cant finish initialization. Power of the phone and back it to cable , write only proper CUS file for already written DEC file and all will be ok. In that way you can try to repair your phone without risk to lose any credit without reason.

try red led blinking then after power on try full flash usb. if not helps hw problem.

hi, i tried this, but it didn't work (also no file for w850i in this folder)...

any idea's what hardware prob it could be?

also anyone have schematics and full service manuals for this?
