Member: 17711 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1,858 |  Alcatraz 6.0 - Error Removing Credits with 100 logs account Our customer claims, that his activated for Alcatel MTBox always says, Error Removing credits on working with Alcatel phones. However, his Griffin Server logs account is full (100 credits). It is quite strange also, that if I take non-activated MT-Box and start Alcatraz, enter login/password of my customer and press Check account, I get a message: Quote:
