why doesany phoenix software not....?

hallo!
since i have my mt-box nokia i canīt use any phoenix software.Even the latest one.

I follow all the instructions in the intalation guide, but without avail.
I manage to get connection by setting the fls port in phoenix(alltough it is forbidden in manual.
But when i hit the scan product i alway get error.Any tab i hit just lead to error despite connection.(have a look of connection in attachement).

My question is now to know wether phone must be with usb cable connected or via normal rj45 cable to mt-box?
I always use the service cable RJ45 connected to box.Am i wrong?
