a40, missing sms box!!! - GSM-Forum

sometimes in my s40 is missing sms box, it happpen very often when i power off the phone or take off the battery. is it a sw problem or hw?help plz...

You must do full reset of your phone do this:

1 remove sim card
2 turn on phone
3 now press *#337#
4 wait 1 min untill proces compleate
5 insert sim and run phone

100% working

yeah, u are right, it works i know

but this is not a full solution. it happens v often and i loose all my settings

while reseting the s40.HOW ABOUT UPDATING THE SW? HMMM?
