c62 network problem


no network,sometimes it finds it but not often,changed PA and antena contacts

Of course, crystal, I repaired couple C62 whit same problem, by replace 13 MHz crystal

for network problem.
you have to check your phone PA and antennna switch.
try soldering the antenna pin with conne cting wire to the board position.
try this , it work.ok.

only RF IC is problematic ...
like on all SE platforms ...
luckily, RF IC is the same as on older ericssons
put from t610 and will work
or any other SE

Some of crystals from Siemens C35 can replace ones in C62. PA is ordinar RF3110B chip (LG1200,3000, Pan GD55 as I know)

i have a siemens S40 handset that has display problem. when switched on the phone power on but no any display on the screen even charging signal when charging.

the set also does not power off except if i remove the battery.

kindly help
