I did put crystal from c35 and didn't work,is it the same,it's 13Mhz but diferent marks

in my cause i have bad duplexes, who already solved this problem? can we repair them? Who have service manual with shematic of duplex? Replace with new i can but we have too much phones and we haven't new to buy...

in service manual level 2.5 no information about network problem.

Network problem may be:
crystall 13 MHz
RF IS bad solder
RF IC bad
Duplexer is bad (no solution, no duplexer like C62)
and problem with metal surface by internal side of back cover.
and many many another problems

the problem 100% is in audio ic ,replace it ang use from ericsson t28 the audio(multi) modul,but make new balls ,because with the olds doesnt work,after you will see... in the 95% of the c62 network problems are from this modul

when i rehot good duplex from working phone, i have stable network. this means that i have bad duplex

. i agree that in ericsson problem with network may be in many causes

ok.. first... there is no duplex in this phone,,there is a antena swich,RF processor and a PA, when you rehoting the phone iis going, because all phe phone going hot.... and after few minutes it is the same,,, ok. just change the audio modul ...in the diference of t28,here the modul is not necesery about the contrast,like in the T28 is important.... post a gain after

hi @all that have c62 with netwrok problems.
I have had many pieces of that phone and every time the problem is different (most of the cases rehoting of RF or ant. switch was giving me the desired result). Resently I had few pcs that freaked me out - I changed everything that is responsible for the network and nothing - at last just changing the mcu gave me stable network.
so, the conclusion is that this phone is c.r.a.p

what detail of rf part between PA and antenna switch? may be there is problem with my bad english? i have repaired a lot of c62 with network problem and 1 of 10 have realy bad duplex. On my question i got answer, thx Denis-hunter

crystal must be replased only when the phone has no signal at all,not if any other case.check also the connector for external antenna.

antenna switch is old trick, if you have expirience more then 5 year

This is my tip.When a siemens c62 the phone not register to network or signal is weak,i take off the external antenna connector and short with a wire antenna line
