...which type of phone you have:
CFX65 (ARM Quanta Platform) or CX65 (Infineon S-GOLD Platform)???
Regarding to the camera, first step is to verify if working with the other good camera (from C65 or CX70 phones). If working, change it. If not, you have problem in software and need to fullflash your phone.
BTW: if your phone is CX65, place your question in the corect section (S-Gold phones) and you will be helped...
