| EF81 Factory test mode Hi all I have problem in Benq-siemens EF81 that's show Factory test mode i try to upgrade firmware using 3GSwupFU in download mode but this not solve the problem, the phone power off in the middle of download i think i must use QPST and restore the qcn file but i can't find this any where please i need some help thanks in advance |

| my phone is on now but, i don't know how to repair BT i've already read that i must use NV_editor or QXDM and restore the area 447 but no idea how to use them !!!!! |

| and in other phone when i enter to download mode ( # + power ) the PC detect the phone other wise in normal mode nothing hapend or i've got a message like Unknown device no idea too???? |
