i have the flasher program for siemens c62. i need a flash update v.11 or high. can someone know a link that have it

The C62 is "flashable" with special flash cabel only? Or can I flash it with the standard serial connection cable?

thanks for help. the cable that works for flash is the china cable with extern power 12v.

i have download 2.83 but it said that this software is not support my phone.,......

why?????

it said that the software of my phone couldn't be downgrade
