Little problem with Mobile Phone Manager software - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with Mobile Phone Manager software. I finally found and bought USB cable for CFX65 and when I connect it, Mobile Phone Manager gives only Phone Explorer option. I can't clik on other, image, ringtone etc functions of the software. ALlso, often Windows Explorer crashes when I open Siemens CFX65 folder. Please help!!! Why does the windows explorer crash? It's driving me nuts
