s40 phone failure - GSM-Forum

hello friends,
i have one s40. not power on. after write flash+eeprom the phone power on but maybe checksums is bad, i think because say "phone failure". i want to make log and map. for log i have public 4.02 but i need some other maper because mine want a id with 8 char. and s40 have more characters. anyone can help me? thanks in advance.

If you have maxim donge just use direct write imei for lpt. Will revive your phone

when i write the map into the loger say " calculate imei" and say "the file is not from s40" . i use logger4.03 but the maper i don't no if is working good. can u send me a good maper? geogsm@yahoo.com thanks a lot.
