Make your own IrDA cable?

Kinda hard, you should consider buying a IrDA-card for your computer instead. IrDA is a standard for short-range, lowspeed wireless communication, and unless you have a laptop you probably dont have a IrDA-port.. The cards come cheap though.

Or rather, its not that hard to build but when you take into consideration how cheap PS2 and serial connected IrDA-devices come, you'll find that building your own aint really worth the effort. Checkout http://www.irwebonline.com/

I think hes got quite cheap IrDA-equipment for sale..
