ICD v2.2 small question

How do i do this part?

;Group is 3 characters stored in the PostCode, starting at position #5
;for example: S1--VIP (S1 for other patch, VIP is ICD Group).
;filename for group is A:\Images\icd_XXX.bmp where XXX is a group name

I made a file A:\Images\icd_glb.bmp, then edited my addressbook and put "GLB" on the postcode, and checked the VIP part. When that contact calls, the icd_glb.bmp doesnt show. How do i do it correctly?
Thanks.

imho you put 4 x Space into postfield and then write GLB - Sorry didn't test it now but this is the only way I understand how it get work.

But what I don't understand (and I didn't try now) is how we can do animated pictures?

@cyper:
Animated pic is easy. Just create a bmp file less than 3,646 bytes. for example, we make a bmp width = 101, height = 160. If we want 4 pictures that moves consecutively, we divide the height by 4. so each picture should be width=101, height=40. The y coordinates of the each pic will be y=0, y=41, y=81, y=121 within the original bmp file that has a width=101 height=160. After we make this picture, use hexeditor and we do this:
Quote:
;After saving the images as a monochrome bitmap, you MUST edit this
;BMP file address (use any HexaEditor):
;0x0036: number_of_images (1 byte)
;0x0037: Y position of images in the incoming call screen
Open the bmp file you created with hexeditor, go to the address 0x0036, change the value to 4 (because we made a pic with 4 different images), go to address 0x0037 and change the value to any y coordiante you want your pic to appear in your screen.

Thanks for the POSTCODE answer. It works

To all: does your phone freezing then you try to send sms after any incoming call? It happens with all icd and snn patches.

I just tested ICD and send SMS after incoming call. There's no problem. Maybe your firmware is damaged?

no, my fw is ok, it disappears after undoing those patches. Did you use predefined recepient number (in sms profiles)? It's ok if use predefined number

its no need to send sms if you want to test, just press green button in sms typing screen (send). If sms recepient number screen appears, then you dont have this problem

Maybe the problem occours if DSM + ICD is installed? But the patches running on their own are okay?
