hi. i use my phone without a sim card just as an mp3/javagame/notebook. but i can't see the batteyr status as my standby screen is telling me to insert sim.

any java midelt to check the battery?

Use an Net Monitor, LOL, monitor>>any digit... And do not forget to Set on "Charge monitor" in Configuration menu

!!!!!
With Riza`s patch **Doeing something else vhile MP3 playing** You can listen Your mp3, and looking on You battery charge whole time, LOL....

Koz it is no possible to run MP3 and Java together, LOL..

nah if the batt check midlet is avail
then stop listen to mp3 at every 15 mins to check batt scale LOL.

does this net monitor actually exist or are you taking the pi55?

dj Cook, why can't i use java with mp3? i though when you do the **Doeing something else vhile MP3 playing** patch you can do anything else?

Actualy Net Monitor is in Your firmware (check the Sticky topic to know, how to activate it

)

And second: You can`t run Java applets while You listening MP3, coz phone reading a song from MMC, it means than device is bizzy at the moment, and You can`t run Java, understand?? And can not use an Adressbook..
And do NOTHING with MMC while MP3 is running..
