Call Ends after 4:30 Minutes - GSM-Forum

I have a problem with my phone now and don't know which patch made this. everytime I talk to someone (incoming and outgoing calls) after 4:30 minutes the call ends. I don't know if it's operator based or something in patches made this. I disabled all fucntions in profile 1 of application menu, but the problem still exists.can someone help me?
is it possible EEPROM changes make this?
