How to change address book's default "input method"???? - GSM-Forum

I want to change the default input method from abc to 123.then I can find someone in a few seconds.
I think it is useful for all non-english user.

well done.I had test xljem's patch.2EAD20,2EAD28,2EAD30 is default input method for name,company,email in edit or new entry mode.not in search mode when enter address book.
But thanks any way!

Today I wrote a patch to change the default input method to abc for 6688i, which is the same with the phonebook, it means that only abc input method could be used in addressbook. This patch is very usefull for 6688i, because it is slowly to input chinese, we always add the English to the front of Chinese name so as to quickly find the needed item.

The patch is as below:

Two patches "Change default input method" for 6688i were created by huajia and Rainmoon at the same time.
