Is applying many pathes at once same as applying those same patches one by one? Using Vklay... Just wandering, so if someone knows, please let me know.

Is totally equal.
The only difference is that, if you patch them one after another (using the phone meanwhile), you will discover bugs (if there are).
But with already complitely tested patches you needn't to poceed in this way.
