Use online mode of V_Klay (mamaich patch)? - GSM-Forum

Hi all,
I applied flash_edit 0.71 patch of mamaich.
After that I applied patches or read memory with online by V_Klay 3.0
at 19200 and 115k speeds, but I failed
(I tried many times with different values of speed).
The Program notice that:
A hardware I/O error was reported while accessing COM1 - Loader: Open:
No answer from boot mamaich_patch_on_19200/115200.
Have I to apply another patch to use Online mode of V_Klay?

Do you have a original sync-station & connected to ac ? You need to have this....

I tried many time more, and I am successfully. I've no original sync-station, I have only a cable.
But now I plan to do that via IrDA, because my latop have no COM port. I'll post when having result.

to my experience vklay does not work via IrDA even though you employ mamaich patch. phone suddenly shuts down.

No, my phone wasn't shut off when connecting via IrDA to read memory or apply patches. It only didn't working.
