1000mAh akku for sl45i/6688i - GSM-Forum

Hi Everybody!

I heard that this high capacity akku doesn't work until I upload somethin' to the phone.
Can somebody give me aid in this question?
I also need information in charging styles. Do Li akku-s need a first time 16h charging? Do it need to totally dousing?

1000 mAh works ok.
Every batt being new, must have their first time (check time with Siemens manual) charge.

Dousing? sorry didn´t get that...

Sorry I'm Hungarian, can you write it a little bit clearer for me?

- 1000 mAh works ok.

Before the first time charge I have to decharge it with use?
Or avoid use and charge for ? (how many?) hours in on (?) or off (phone status) mode.

I mean every battery that you buy, you need to charge that first (obliged) time.

Yes, for a full battery performance u should decharge the battery and then charge it for the hours that siemens recommends.

Blk settings are erratic. Don't mess around with them unless you have to.

Blk settings will never work fine on another phone, even if it's the same model......

I got a noname 1000mAh akku too for my SL and its also weak just like the standard but its ok....it wasn`t such expensive like siemens 1000mAh.
We shouldn`t expect too much...

I looked in my netmonitor and realized that my akku(1000mAh) after full charge is just on 700mAh.
Means that the akku is just bigger as the usual and delivers only the same quantity....

Check it out!

I check my 1000 mAh battery, fully charged is 770 mAh and phone turn off with 700 mAh :-( I cannot find good blk file for it...

I have original Siemens 1000Mah. Using it 3 days already without charging. Seeking it's resource! Now it is only one position down from full state and voltage is 3.78. Being new, it was charged 3 days ago until indicator fills. Li-Ion batts does not need 16h charging, because they do NOT have memory-effect.
