I have 2 Siemens A50 and no one I can read.
Just begin reading and freeze at half of progress line.

restart your PC and try again or try on another PC
try with reader v4.03.
Solution works 100%

Have tested old one 3.0 , 4.02 , 4.03 , phone type S45 or SL45 or C45 , nu success .

In my case the same situation !!!

Its impossible to read/write log with logger and different phone types.

I do not find it so mad if you wrong guidances write purely here.

If one does not know it so exactly, one should employ also no assumptions!!

Best at all do not answer, is better.
