Louder MP3

MP3 side volume control of my SL45 is unrepairable.
Before I accidentally destroyed the eeprom, volume of my MP3 is loud enough for me even without the controls. Had the firmware repaired at a siemens service center. Have upgraded to fw56, java activated, but the MP3 volume has gone down. Almost a whisper.
Please help. What can I do to restore its volume?
Thankx

Well thatīs easy... Undo what youīve done...
Take on another SL45 of a friend, and put volume to max, and read his eeprom. And then write it into yours...

Not sure this will work, but itīs the easiest and logical way...

Will try it

@Drug_store
Thank you for your advice. Will try it.

However, would anyone from this forum be kind enough to send me their eeprom with MP3 to the loudest volume? My email is [email protected]

Thanks for any reply.
