My ME45 has "EEPROM damaged " problem.. I got "All 3/4 siemens service software" .. Is it possible to solve my problem with this software???.. it has selection for "Device Port"(LPT1 & LPT 2) and "Phone Port" (COM1 COM2 etc) .. what is this Device port for?.. and it asks for flash file with extention .flx. Any one know how to use it or a solution for my "EEPROM damaged problem"???.. I heard from a friend that I have to copy EEPROM data from another ME45.. how to do this?..

Hi friend!
Don't use that progi without parallel dongle or crack version, because it will erase your phone eeprom area.

You must using flashing and imei write function together.This repair the phone.Roniri

Thanx a lot for the response Keni & Roniri... But Roniri, I tried to use flashing and IMEI together but it gives the error message "No Flash Data loaded. FLX buffer empty" ... so I have to load a .flx file first.. unfortunately I don't have it .. do you know how I can get one? Once again thanx for responding..

Exactly what you told happened ... it erased all my EEPROM...I tried running the .flx files from this software it was showing error messages "No Compatible Hardware found"... it erased all my EEPROM and halted with a message "Waiting for CalcThread to exit" ... now when I try to switch on my phone, nothing is happening at all... before it used to beep once without display or light.... what is parallel dongle or crack version which you mentioned?? what can I do at this stage to bring back my mobile to life???

Do you have box for All3/4 software?If you have i can send you flashfile or you can download from bontek site. If you have only the software without dongle,than i can't help you.Regards Roniri

while trying to read with sme45_r.exe it says "Model "yyyyyyyy" not supported or flash data destroyed. Use original flasher first to write correct firmware" ... its not giving a .ldb file...
Is there any solution??/

Try to flash first! You can download it from http://siemensx35.prv.pl ,than try to read log.

that update tool doesn't sense the mobile... looks like its because its only an update tool and not the original flash... or is it because i'm not using an auto-ignition cable???

without dongle, this sw f*-ck your phone.
i killed my phone but i could revive it after ...

now i am wondering even there is a sw to unlock c45 without using map file.

Hi there rayback... how'd you revive your phone after being f****d up by that software???.. I'm struggling without any result.. tried all ways I could think of and whatever ways I got from the forum.. please help if u know what to do!!!!

Read old topics

HFP said "by searching inside old topics, you will able to repair damage eeprom".

Use search function and put "repair" and "eeprom" in search field, you will have 6 posts talking about that in x45x section.
