c25 switching off while going through menus!! - GSM-Forum

Hi

can some1 plz help me repair my c25, it switches off while going through the menus, but most of the time as soons as u hit phonebook it freezes and then swithces off. can some 1 plz tell me how to repair it.

I think it's software problem, just reflash it with same version.

Questman right! I had same problem. Refleshed with same sw that phone was and now its ok!

It's true but you must upgrade the another higher version cause it can easily damaging software in a short time again..<br />Best regards...

Hi

thanx guys, i have mangaed to repair the phone but unfortunately when i try to do an upgrade the phone goes dead. so i just do a software on it with the same version.
