C35 eating batteries to minimal voltomer

My siemens normally work fine. When the battery goes to empty phone shut down and all is OK.

The problem is in "eating" batteries. When he is execute he still recive tension, current. Something like (close, compact).
Is it possible that DIALOG is broken ?? there's not any kind of burning. Maybe some other element ??

Could anybody help me ??
