What We will All Do wih these Dead C25-61 ??!!!!

I try everything possible, but nothing. I flash it with all possible files(43,49,51,53,6101..6108, full flash for Skeptic 4 Mb). But the problem is not in flash, it's in eeprom and there no way to read eeprom and fix it! If someone can help, please do it!

P.S. I have one idea, but I don't know is it working... the idea is to change byte that c2x_srv.exe write in eeprom, but how I don't know! Sorry for my English

I forgot to say, that I move the resistor near the flash chip and flash it again, but the result is the same -> the phone is dead
