change/add language on SL-45 ?? - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I have some SL-45 from china(Siemens 6688) with english and chinese language only. After flashing the phone with flashfile sl4!_0601 (language pack 01) i have only english language in phone. In phone menu(setup/device/language) is an option for loading two languages into phone, but phone answers: no language files found!
Any idea´s how to solve this problem???

problem solved.
Adding language is done by copying European memory card contents to phone.

First i have downgraded phone from version 10 to version 06(s4!0601). After that i´ve copied german language to Memory card(folder "Languages") and loaded(Menue-->Device/Settings/Language) into the phone. (You can download european language pack for memory card from www.siemens.de.)
I´ve tried to copy language without downgrading the phone software, but there are allready two chineses languages as defaultes loaded which i can´t delete.
So i think that it´s not possible to add languages without downgrading phone and delete those defaults languages.
Or maybe somebody knows how do add at least one language without downgrading the phone???

I didn´t find the flash in the net, so i can´t give you URL for download. But if you really need it, i can upload it for you.
