Changing ringtones - GSM-Forum

I've got a small problem with changing ringtones with ffmod. I use 1.02 beta version. When i change ringtones and load them into my phone some of them are ok but some play much slower. Maybe somebody else had such a problem and can help me.

I think this is because the tempo of the ringtone isn't standard. If you use any midi file the midi file contains certain information about title, instruments and tempo! if the tempo is higher than the default (I thought it was about 92) it could be that the phone plays the midi with this tempo and slows midi's down when they have more than a tempo of 92. Riza knows more about the midi files. maybe he knows?

Use my Universal Ringtone Converter to preview your midi ringtone before using it with ffmod. Search this forum about that tools, and you will get some more information.
