Dead ME45 !!! - GSM-Forum

I have a ME45 mobile version. Phone turns not on. After loading v28 (bin) – phone only beeps, and after trying to load a swup version v28 during flash erase – a message pops up: “Error on waiting for FlashBlock-EraseReady”. What should I do?

Hi!
First read out your Map with kSie (http://www.crackingworld.de/gsmfree/...siemens5.1.zip). Then try a (working) full backup (http://www.gsm-multifund.de/Downloads/ME45FubuV28.zip) with SME45 Tool v1.2 (http://www.crackingworld.de/gsmfree/...45Toolsv12.zip). Restore your map with kSie.
If the SME45 Tool also has a Problem with your Phone it could have two reasons:
1. Your Battery is broken or is too weak for flashing (try a friends' charged(!!) Battery
2. You have a broken Ball (Your chips have no contact: hardware damage)

i mark that the phone was damage during installing gfx menu patch so maybe this is not mechanical damage

Your problem is in Battary is full!
Discharge your battary to 50-70% and try flash again...
If charging battary to 100% flash not be work...

I had similar problem. For the decision I used: V_Klay v.2.1.5.2 and kSie.
1. Use V_Klay to upload fullflash to you phone, only on discharget, approximately 50 %, bataree, if you have flashID CE20!
2. Use kSie and has made:
Security-> Unlock/ChangeIMEI-> Unlock.
After that the phone has working.
And in general write more in detail: what flash you have, what you want in result?
At me is ready full flash for ME45 v.28 lang03, T9-15 and have full flash from my ME45 with "i" - SME45i 040315.

this solution not working too

I use http://www.gsm-multifund.de/Downloads/ME45FubuV28.zip, with v_klay, and phone still buzzz....

any idea's??

Hm... My phone after load new fflash still buzzz too, but i have used kSie Security-> Unlock/ChangeIMEI-> Unlock, my phone has been work...
Now upload fflash to your phone working correct?
tell me version your flashID?

My friend eanted to upload s45i V04 to his me45. He upoaded the bin (after that the phone was only beeping) and than tried to use s45i activator but he got this message:'error only v4 supported' or something like this. What shell we do? Write back imei, unlock and than s45i activator with crc1 and crc2 ????

Please help us!

To Kunio and kisposi.

Upgrade your ME45 to SME45i...

1. Make Backup your EEPROM!
Save data from address 0x1F0000 size 0x010000
and data from address 0x5F0000 size 0x010000
to file eeprom_1f.bin and eeprom_5f.bin
I use V_Klay 5.1.2.5.

2. Get file sme_040315.rar from http://www.vladlog.narod.ru/sme_040315.rar
Unpack with WINRAR 3.0 or better.
Upload flash_040315_me_i.bin to your ME45.

3. Upload your eeprom_1f.bin to your ME45
form address 0x1F0000 size 0x010000.

4. ON your ME45. If phone beep and not working see 5.

5. Get and run program ksie_5.1, select Siemens ME45
and make Security->Unlock/ChangeIMEI->Unlock.
