Dear low voltage

Dear friends,
Does somebody has expiriance with low voltage on LPT port.
Notice:
On my Celeron 333, when I running MAP Creator -XAP- on the pins 8 and 9 of DB25(LPT) I have a low voltage about 2,9V, that is a reason why on my home PC this maper doesn't work.
On another PC output of LPT port is 4,7V and application works fine.
Please could somebody tell me on which way I can increase voltage on my PC.
I know another motherbord, but is it any possibility use this one and get still 2V.
I used 2 diodes between pin 8,9 to ATMEL pin20.
Problem is in motherboard I know that but please if someone know solution how can I increase voltage to 4,5-5V I will be greatfully to him.
I would like to change something in dongle of MAXIM if possible if no what can I change to get more voltage.
P.S. That is a reason why somebody has problem with Maxim dongle. Problem is not in oscilator, problem is while low voltage on output of LPT port(pin 6,7,8,9) after running the application
Thanks a lot friend if somebody help me.

Use EXTERNAL power. Old ericsson battery 4.8V. It is the best way to solve this.
