How to do that
when i try to put sl45_23v
it's tell me cant upgrade SLIK?!

you can try to:

use a winswup executable flash (you know, that executable which upgrades your phone) but offcourse with a firmware below your current one (eg v23). If I'm right the program says that your phone have a newer firmware already but just ignore this message and procede (I have done this several times with that executable I talked about). map the phone and it should work.

and i'm running now downgrade

but what is "Map the phone" and how to do that

mapping is just the process to get rid of the wrong software message and SP lock. Did you also tryed to flash an older firmware then 23?

i totaly ****ed up my phone
now it gives me EEPROM DAMAGE

any one can send me a EEPROM sl45_23V
