C45 Contrast - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have managed to get rid of the awful BT Cellnet logo (woman with a flute thingy) by using a program then uploading a map file and upgrading the software.
One problem, when the phone is returned to normal using the 'Factory Settings' the contrast is very dark causing the whole screen to become more or less black, I am able to change this but just wondered why it has happened.
Also, is it possible to downgrade software, I am using version 36 but would like to downgrade to v19.

Did you try your phone's contrast settings?

try martech 1.7
just read phone and contrast it with SW

Yeah, the contrast settings work fine but when I re-flash with new software version the contrast sends the whole screen black again.
It hasnt done this on any other C45.
