How to flash MT50? - GSM-Forum

Hi, guys!

I tried to upload to MT50 firmware MT50140312, but always received a message "No bootcore detected" (with skip precheck).
With precheck message was : "The mobile asked for signature file...". What can it mean? The cable is absolutely working. The 9th firmware uploaded succesfully, but 14th....
Please, help if you have any information.

I have the same problem,

Hi friends!

Before update perform, switcn on the phone!
And voila uploading will start.

I have same problem too!!!
Cable 1000000% worked but when I flash M50_170306w only error messages! "Mobile requested signature, but signature data are not available"

fantastic, .. make sure phone is on and all checks are not disabled... tested just with 3 different units - 100% working

Now to get it to connect at higher speed than 230400 ;-)

for update use original seimens cable

I read the instructions here ( http://digilander.libero.it/m_50/ ) and it said it wont work with an original cable.
Is this true?
