Hi!

I've got a M30 directly from Siemens with IMEI 123456789000003 and it says "Network lock perm.blocked" after entering my PIN-code.

How do I unlock this? It has version 2.5.0

Is it also possible to change the IMEI?

Use Razvanel's .bin generator.

I've found "Siemens C30 Unlocker by razvanel", but that's not the one, right?
