The size 192 Kbs mean that this section of flash spare for T9 data. Some T9 package use less than this size and then fill with FFFFFFF until last byte of this part.
I don't sure what is .ldb format but you can use Hex Editor to view it and compare with T9 format in C45 flash file.
If it seem to be the same format so you can try by cut and paste.
Sometimes it may be good luck for you.

fawzi
I test with CZ T9 .ldb (find only this file) and the result is C45 has CZ input language. In English you can type it but no T9 check for spelling words.
And my question is where can I download *.ldb file for sl45 or do you have Thai .ldb flie ?

@fawzi and fofodaman
You only want to change T9?
If so this must be very easy,i did it with c45_360101.
I took T9 section out off 330102 (hex 00380000-003B0000),saved it as a seperate file (for example 02tg.bin),Upgrade phone to version 360101.
Read flash with unisiemens,edit with hexeditor,cut section 0030000 to 003B0000,save file
Open file again,and copy T9.bin into your flashout file!
And for sure that works!

p.s.
My c45 is running correctly on my changed 36 version!
