after power on keyboard is locked any idea whats wrong with phone

You dont wrote what version of fw. is inside of phone.<br />I could try to flash it with suitable *.xbi file and unlock with known soft (like a Mr.Zee).<br />Bye. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

version is 16 allready reflashed but trouble is steel here keyboard works only for power on and nooting else, can't pow of without remoweng bat

Maybe you need to clean contacts on keyboard. You need to open phone to do this.It is possible. Today I have ericsson T10 with same problem.
