ME45 cable to use modem and charging - GSM-Forum

hy guys!

i have this old me45 here and i would like to use its modem with my portable pc but i want to charge it at the same time.

the USB cable does the trick? or there is any specific cable to do this or there isnt any at all?

yes some USB cables can recharge phone, some others not.
My MA-8710 does.

Other solution is to add power supply to pin1 (-) and pin3 (+) of USB cable connector.

where did you get that one? and whats the price? its really necessary to charge while i work with the modem...

in ebay, price about 10$.
Is sold as Mobile Action or Cellular line or SBS or BeKonnect branding.

Easiest way to know if it recharges or not, checking cable features before buying!
