Member: 18319 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 |  Mmc Problems!!! i need some more help after alot of posts i have made. my phone is now 100% fixed nothing wrong with it YYEEESSS!! However now that my phone is a SL42 FW81 my two MMC'S 16mb cards wont work anymore when i put the origanl Siemens MMC in the phone and i press hot key 6 to go to the cardexplorer the phone says mmc format error i press okay then it says do you want to format the card now i press yes the the coffee cup or "waiting sing" carrys on for about 5mins then the phone gose on to stanby mode i then go to the card explorer it says the same thing "this card did work for about the last 2months" so what it wrong one more thing my other mmc card comes up fine on the phone however i can't delete anything and i can't read the writing all diffrent sings   what can i do please can some one help me I HAVE LOOKED ON THIS SITE FOR OLDER POST GOING BACK TO THE FIRST POST EVER!! and no luck |

Member: 18944 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | the one that says FORMAT ME1 is 99.9 % DEAD - that happened to me a year ago - and till today it couldn't be repaired. D E A D . The Second MMC you're talking 'bout: Try Reinstalling the Siemens Soft, or format it from the same prog, or you can try reading with any Card Reader (usb). I suggest you do that with both MMCs till you get some result, if you don't that'll just confirm my statement 'bout the First MMC. |

Member: 18319 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | thanx mait however i have tryed formating it useing a usb reader and wrighter it comes up theres no disk in the drive or the drive door it open huh?? i can still store stuff on the second MMC and read it but it has all the syblose what nnow must i format it useing Data exchange software |
