It's not a joke or something, as my memory already not reaching these times need someone who could help. Unlocked (SP lock) eeprom file or eeprom addresses where sim lock sits. Talking about Siemens S4

good oldie time ... i usually had this unlocking clip at my service centre, but u could take out the eeprom chip, reprogram it using using some bin files ... but i think all the link has broken
