Member: 10285 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Which soft? Could you tell me which soft to use to write the logfile? I tried the logger from gsmhacking.com but it only says "scanning" all the time and I can't get the log file. Are there other programs ? Tom |

Member: 10285 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Still can't get it to work :( Thanks for your answers but I can't get it to work. I know there can be millions of reasons for that and it can be my system - specific issue but if anyone has any tips how to use the logger properly I would very appreciate it. I'm using Win98 SE. I set up COM 2 port (COM1 is used by a modem), chose phone type (S45) and tried various port speeds. I tried with the phone turned off and alson turned on and I also tried turning it on after clicking the "read phone button". The logger then starts scanning the phone but it doesn't finish the work and I am seeing that "scanning" all the time. By the way - how long does it usually take to scan the phone ? Tom |

Enter desired IMEI (14 NUMBERS) Save log with Save log function, log send somebody, to make MAP file for you. BEST REGARDS |

Member: 10285 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | It seems that there is a problem with the system (windows: some drivers..??). I tried another cable and the results are similar (=no results . Software from Siemens (on CD with the phone) works OK, some other programs OK but the logger not. After that I run a DOS program called "SIEMENS S45/SL45/6688 Phone Info Reader/Unlocker, Version 3.03, Sep 19 2001" . And it works OK - I could read the phone and got a log from it. But I don't know whether it's compatible (the logfile format) with that windows log and if it's possible to calculate map file from the log created with this prog. What do you think about it - is it something I can post to "Logfile requests"? (Sorry if I pasted too much but I don't know which part is important) : Started at: Fri Mar 29 13:53:32 2002 [Model:SIEMENS S45][Ver:21][IMEI:NOT AVAILABLE][ID:168900c288feff030f8e00653aae09ffffffffffffffff][004c:00][1390:e0cd2494ce838e449c66c9d4d1a23c8075095b3570add bbc983fd27eb5b3603c92d49cdc52838e449cfc2cccb0b4a30 fbe862def1f1b17248f8a299be62fcac78999b2eb23286bbac b24e524b08198dde4e96da6e34977690542b366b670de3f885 092cf980e4698eeb0d95aa4a9a82852a77db3827041afe6a0c 163cb5d3e414b223c59df38583b933f38c7b30ecef8ee4fa70 0e2c8fb03e67644a166675537fb7f55fafe854b4694da484f1 9282822487be7d86773d908b79c76a5afebcaa64c5685446fa 5e1ecd5957330efa9c9c6ded262ce2895712fc84e2abbf6bff 72e07][1391:0a13a4d279c6ac64b7015b][13d5:e87b5a6c8e838e449c690770f998972ea88f3d635e032 19b76ce6f7957a9c6371decdf8e737889a993dac5116153faf 5cd65b16f8a0dced5eb72cd24da2fc8c6a82a51e9e2a9447de 2a4081325fc94f3baec8163570a44fc0f66c27be4111821e5b 401ccbed23a7ad6a270f9d40d6e2507e280f15d82cc80e113e 6250bc432e5e2438a6d9904c13724a25ef4d872886d2cc02db b37a7f45ab72edc349dadf7119958609061f8721663124a89a f027371e9254bfd0d0be94bb60392923e27a7ba3918f1f0415 a802e765d2837fa61c2a044327c0ad0a1300686d7374c5f361 bc8f91bfb39ed11d9af17][1401:38b107cd7a52bf49120543fd461d0353fae8826158b6d 32c9a014079851fcf3468b63c89ac5fa73e83bbc9138a75566 5bc10a5c6b97a08668d][1402:06000000000000][1403:047f1fff7f] |

Member: 10285 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | I wish I had a map generator . Loggers are freely accessible; for example you can download one from here: http://www.gsmhacking.com/remote/index.html . Map generators are protected with hardware keys. They are as easy to hack as other protections but not many hackers are interested in breaking some gsm apps, they'd rather hack 3DS Max or other stuff like that |

Member: 10669 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Please see my problem "Why I cannot read log or write map by MAP Writer 3.0 to my C45 phone?" http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=38169 It seems similar to your problem. Do you all have any suggestion? |
