can anyone tell me wot dose this meen
and how can i correct this problem
this problem happens when i use winsup 32 to try and put fw19 on my phone tht has some bugs onit

Try to rehot 13Mhz crystal. I have the same problem with C35, after I rehot this crystal this problem was fixed and my phone is ok now.

That´s a little hard solution, and need to have the means...

Do you have some schematic and a list of things needed to do that?

Yes,I do.
My friend did all of the hardware work and I try after every try what happens to phone when I try to upgrade/downgrade firmware. After he rehoted Dialog,CPU,Flash,Eprom IC.... nothing happened,then he decided to rehot 13MHz crystal and .... now phone is working and connecting to PC(upgrade/downgrade firmware).

You must use hot air station, and set temp about 320C, then use this hot air over IC or anything else on the board to rehot it.

this is hardware 100%. If after rehot cannot solve just change cpu or flash. That enough...Tested by me over 5 phones

If can be interesting i have solved this problem on a phone of my friend in this way:
He couldn't flash with unisiemens all the flash, winswup told "nothing receveid after boot......."
so i send u a flash in portions of 64K (size 010000) and after flash of all the portions-files and remap finally the phone go well

tested only on one phone!
