Maybe a stupid question, but why do people need flashfiles for x35 phones, when you can easilly unlock it with x35 servicesoftware?

Hello
If yours unlocker support only version 5..12 and you have 15 you must have older firware.

So if I have a s35 ver 15 and I only have .x3u file for ver 09, then I have to flash it to ver 09 and then unlock it?
