BTW: I heard, for your phone and czech language is suitable fw. 140305 (fw.14, 03 - lgpack for czech and others, 05-T9 with czech)
I didn't test it yet.

S and ME45:
lg1: English, Deutsch, Francais, Turkce, Nederlands, Italiano;
lg3: English, Cestina, Polski, Slovencina, Russian, Magyar,
Deutsch(only for me45, not present for s45)
lg4: English, Turkce, E^^nvika, Russian, Bulgarian, Arabic(i think its arabic).

but i can not find C45 flashs ? Yu have not ? Because ask are for C45 model !

what flasher uses these flashes?

Flasher is inside of *.exe file (I mean it's Winswup32 flasher).
But for what do you need it? Just click on file and read instructions on the display.

if i flash my phone with those flashes i get wrong software or not? this is the question (shakespeare).what really means update?

update is just an update..nothing more....
update is not the same as UNLOCKING..and thats for sure..

I didn't tell you that unlocking is the same like a flashing. I just told you about flashing, that's the way for upgrading your firmware in the phone.
