Please tell me briefly what soft shoul I use to unlock and flash:

1. c45
2. me45
3. s45
4. sl45
5. s40
6. mt50.

For all of this phone U can find in the net free solution ! 100 % Working (Using Map Files, free calculator, Mt50 unlocker also free)
But you cant unlock s40 for free you can kill your phone ! You should use map files and send them to some one who can calc them ....

P.S. Free solution is not always means "Dead Phone"

I know that I can find proper soft in the net, but I want to know what soft in your opinion is the best.

Albarracin: saing "free soft" I thought about soft that we can get from the net.

My software is bad. Write in display "invalid filename". Help me!!! Please!!!
