Had this problem with my sl45. Have you upgraded to sl45i? You will need the new logger and get somebody to calculate your .lc file instead of map.

Should I upgrade it first and then to calculate the map?

I could not get any map file to work with the phone once i upgraded past v23. I never upgraded to v19. When this happened to my sl45, it still worked fine on the network it was locked to, so if yours is still working and displays the right IMEI number, i would not worry about the EEPROM being REALLY damaged.

I personally would upgrdade to v52 and then ask somebody to calculate an .lc file from your log. This file is INSTEAD of the map file. Your phones locked anyway so you might as well have the latest software for when you do unlock the hardware locks.

Leave your email address or mail me at [email protected] and i'll send you the logger. I cannot calculate your .lc for you but you could try requesting that somebody does it in the log request folder.

Hope this helps

I stupidly tried to change the imei on my sl45i (i updated it to sl45i) the map file was created with a x35 map creator and applied with another prog (the one that logged it)

It said succesful but now the phone won't turn on.

Do you think an lc type map will fix my phone?

If so can someone post one in the map request section under my log please

This is ruining my life!!!

HELP

Wink

Hi,

I was able to solve it

That made it was to create a log changing the imei and putting one different, they created me the map and I work!

It proves to change the imei and that they make you a map, for sure you solve it

Sorry for my bad english.

Regards
Andyx
