SL45 Dead During hearing MP3 Songs. - GSM-Forum

Anyone can tell me how i can repair my SL45 agian.. Its now dead.. I need step by step solution to repair my phone. again.

My phone is working with MAP writer 4.. I wrote new map to phone but is still dead.. i need link for flasher and flashes for my SL45.

Download flash file (Flx19) at my site or at http://www.odblokgsm.home.sk/downld.htm

Now download All 3/4 2.0.9 at my site

Download Siemens Logger 4 (at least)
Download Siemens Map Maker 4

You may download those at http://www.odblokgsm.home.sk/downld.htm
(But i´m not sure!!!)

Now use All 3/4 2.0.9 to flash your phone.
(check "Write Flash" / "Write Imei" / "Burst Mode (10% faster)" boxes.)

Tip: Problems flashing??? - Change Baud Rate

After you´ve flashed your, use Siemens Logger, and select "Logger", select SL45 on Model list and press "Read Phone".
(Press On in your mobile when it says "Scanning...")
This it takes 5 seconds

When done, press "Save Log", and save it with anyname you want.

Now use Siemens Map Maker 4, and select "Open Log", select the log file you´ve created. Now press "Save Map" and save it with anyname you want.

Now use Siemens Logger 4, select "Write Imei", select SL45 on Model List. Press "Open Map", and finnaly "Write Imei".
This it may takes 10 or 15 seconds.

Now your phone should be working again.
Now update to any version you want. My advise is to update at least to v52, but if you can and know how, update to v54 with JAVA. (52 also as JAVA).

If above method cannot repaired, you must repaired by hardware. short circuit capacity power supply for MP3 IC player, this one has 5 leg LAXB IC. Try it and tell me what happen

Try simple method:Just make log with some Logger ,Then copy&paste phone ID and desired IMEI in a3x map maker!-yes work fine and solve your problem work 100%

Yes he could solve it by rewritting the map, but I think this problems are caused by bad flash. like auto-shutdown...

My advise remains as reflashing the phone with flx19 and then upgrade to any version is the solution.

Anyway, just reanimate him....

Siemens mapper 4 doesnt work on SL45 unless u have a dongle.

I try to flash my SL45 my times with All 3/4 2.0.9 but i always get error "execution error, or user break".. Please tell me where is the problem... One time i select C45 as phone type in All 3/4 2.0.9 than flashing starts but phone is still dead. when i try to flash with phone type selected SL45 i get this error "execution error, or user break"..

try to change baud rate. Or use other version of all 3/4, but the 2.0.9 works fine for me....

Download v19 flx at: http://www.odblokgsm.sk/download/

I guess that to repair with Unisiemens, you´ve got to have a backup from your or another SL45 (size: 6MB) and write eeprom right after (also a backup from a SL45). Using normal flash files, you may need Log calculation (*.lc) and map file.
