SL45i(fw 56) switching off in the shortcut list menu!

When I enter the shortcut list and move within the list (up or dawn) the phone switches off by its self off when I reach the following 2 items: Voice dial and appointments. I know that the problem is operator related as it does not happen with other operators simcards in my country. I have tried to change the simcard for a new one (with the same tel. No.) from my operator, but it has not solved the problem. I have had the phone fully reflashed via Siemens service, but the problem persists

. It seams as a hardware problem as on some SL45i this does no occur.

Does anybody else experienced this?

I hope somebody can help.

Am I the only one having this problem?
If Anyone, could please have some suggestions, I would be more than happy... I do not want to give up my sooo loved SL45i!
