I've got a big problem with my S25, when i want to flash it, the flasher says that he couldn't get SW-info of the phone.
Can i enter a variable in swup.ini ???

Please help me, i will help you to another tip you want !!!

You must extract flash file from your flash and then you can use it with another swup file (like swup 187, swup191..). Then you can flash phone.
