something REALLY wrong with my dead sl45

I have dead SL45.
What I try to do is - of course - repair it. So - I run All34 (2.05 and 2.1) with slx file.
Now - All34 seems to "see" the phone - it loads something to it ("Sending applictaion") but then "Erasing..." goes in status and... that's all. Nothing else happens even after an hour!
When I try to flash the phone with for example unisiemens all looks good (but the phone is still dead). After that I read flash and they are different (should be identical I guess).
When I try to read log (A3x AllDoer 3.0)- it works. Then I calculate map, and try to loda it into the phone. But then - again - goes "kind of hang-up" - "Writing IMEI" in status and nothing else...
Can you please tell me what can I do...? I am not sure but I suppose it could be something wrong with voltage or even eeprom... HELP!

Solution for DEAD SL45!

Hello Daman.
Try this!
Need: All Siemens and vklay (just)

What you have to do is, write the full memory(fubu sl45 fw56) with vklay.
Next thing is just to unlock your phone with All Siemens.
Security -> Unlock/change imei -> click unlock
Easier as it seems - your lovely sl45 will switch on immediatly!

If something failes or you don`t have the tools...mail.
Don`t think your sl45 lives without vklay, does it?

thanks, but...

well... I gues this is not the issue...
Let me explain again - the phone DOES NOT WRITE ANYTHING when flashing! What I do is flash it with any flasher (tried VKlay, UniSiemens and RizaPN flasher), then read the phone back and... those flashes are totally different!!!
Moreover - I tried to add some voltage (3.6 from battery + 0.6 "external") and... giess what - it helped a little bit! part of flash has been written, eeprom has been written, map has been loaded, phone started but.. died after some seconds...
I guess that the voltage has dropped during flashing and the flash has not been written succesfully...
I think I will try to add another .5V and try again. But - can anyone tell me what maximum voltage is safe and what to use to add these volts (another battery, charger...??? what?)
Thanks,

Thanks,
Full charge the batt, start ALL 3/4 2.0.9, let finish erase and then pull out the cable. Now flash a good eeprom on Unisiemens. Now flash a update-version on Winswup32. Correct IMEI and Unlock with Ksie 5.1.

I wish u good luck...

guys, guys, guys....!

Yhanks for your help but... let me explain it again - I can not let All34 finish erasing because it does not even start (it just writes "Erasing..." and nothing happens!). When working with other phone I can see it is erasing and then programming -> status line goes on, something happens generally... But with THE phone nothing happens!
When using UniSiemens or VKlay it just looks like it is writing the flash - because when I read it back it is always the same and always TOTALLY different than the flash used to write....
I just do not know WHY!!!??? Perhaps a little bit more additional voltage could help but WHERE TO APPLY IT (I tried few batteries - all fully charged, but still nothing).
I guess there is something wrong with the memory of the phone (could it be... destroyed in any way???)

Rehot or resolder Flash IC and try again.

OK. Here is what what I did (do not know what previous owner did - he just keeps saying "nothing, phone just gone dead"...)
Firs I was hoping to make it easy. UniSiemens, full flash fro sl45i, logger v.4.3, read log, then siemens alldoer, calculate map, then logger again and.... first problem - logger just writes "writing map" and that's all! nothing happens even for next hour.
I did all above a few times - always same result.
Next I tried VKlay (to write full flash) and then ksie5.1 to change imei - same result. VKlay has written the flash (as you will se later not exactly did it) but ksie could not change imei.
Then I used All34 with sl45-19_01.flx file. This soft also can "see" the phone but when trying to erase it stops ("erasing..." and NOTHING else for next 2 hours).
All above has been tried at leat 10 times.
Now - I am trying to find what is going on. So - I get VKlay (or UniSiemens), fresh flash and write it. Now - I try to read the flash. All seems to be done but... the flash that has just been written is COMPLETELY different than the one (the same...) that has been read...!!!
After all that I combined charger with data cable (connected some voltage to data cable). And what happend - well, I managed to flash the phone, change imei, the phone even switched on. But when I tried to read the "working" flash the phone died again (flash has been read, but after that the phone did not turn on again).
I managed to turn the phone two times (tried 100 times perhaps...). So I think that perhaps more voltage could help...? But what voltage would be safe...?
And - Drug_Store - is flash IC placed on the board...?

I ahve been playing with this f... phone again. What I observer is that when writeing full flash to phone it is REALLY written up to 0x200000 address. Above 0x200000 there are mostly 0 or FF or "random" numbers (what I do is I write full flash to the phone and read it back to another file. And they are identical up to 0x200000 and TOTALLY DIFERENT above this address...).
Any ideas...?
